I am working with the American Bar Association and The Red Bee Group on two research projects about the advancement of women lawyers in the profession, as well as the barriers that remain.

Campus Support for GQNBT+ People
I worked with other members of Northwestern's LGBTQIA+ advisory board to survey genderqueer, non-binary, and trans* students about their campus experiences and priorities. The results of our survey informed the work of the GQNBT+ Task Force's 2019 recommendations to the university.
Departmental Diversity
As a founding member of the graduate student Diversity & Inclusion Committee in Northwestern's Psychology department, I gathered data from students and wrote up survey reports about student needs, advocating for inclusive policy changes within the department.
